Wendell man guilty of First Degree Murder and Armed Assault with the Intent to Murder

A Franklin County jury found Lewis H. Starkey III, 55, of Wendell, guilty, today, of the First Degree Murder of Amanda Glover, 47, in Wendell, on July 5, 2017 and guilty of Armed Assault with the Intent to Murder her adult son, Devin Glover.

The jury deliberated for approximately three hours. 

Judge John Agostini heard the case, which began last week. First Assistant District Attorney Steven E. Gagne and Domestic Violence and Adult Sexual Assault Unit Chief ADA Jennifer Suhl prosecuted the case.

Sentencing is set for Tuesday at 9 a.m. in Franklin Superior Court.​
