Former Northampton High School custodian pleads guitly to charges in connection with March arrest


Michael Kremensky, 22, of Florence, pleaded guilty in Northampton District Court, today, Aug. 16, to four counts of photographing an unsuspecting person in the nude, (Massachusetts General Law  Chapter 272 Section 105B) in connection with actions he took at Northampton High School, where he was a custodian.

Judge Michael Goggins sentenced him to 2 ½ years in the House of Corrections, 6 months to be served direct, with the balance suspended for 3 years. He must also abide by numerous conditions, including that he stay away from the high school.

Kremensky was arrested in March 2018 after police responded to a report of suspicious activity involving holes in the ceiling of a girls' bathroom at the high school.
