Judges Panel to Discuss Domestic Violence

District Attorney David E. Sullivan’s Task Force on Domestic & Sexual Violence and the Hampshire County Bar Association will present a panel of judges on the challenges presented by domestic violence cases, Thursday, May 23 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the Old Superior Courtroom of the Hampshire County Courthouse on 15 Gothic Street.

Panelists include  Northampton Superior Court Judge  John A. Agostini,  Northampton District Court  Judge Jacklyn M. Connly and First Justice of Hampshire Probate & Family Court Judge Linda S. Fidnick.

Northwestern District Attorney David E. Sullivan will moderate.

In 2018, the Northwestern DA’s office handled 1,329 domestic violence cases: 19 in Superior Court, 37 in Juvenile Court and 1,273 in District Court.

This event is free and open to the public and light refreshments will be served.
